Vaikuntha Institute is a volunteer-run social organisation working in academia and professional development. It is carried by entrepreneurs, researchers, scientists, corporate executives and industry leaders who give their time to it.
We have been delivering courses in leadership, ethics and personal development, so that people in laboratories, boardrooms and campuses can meet modern challenges with clarity, character and a durable sense of purpose.

Students and young professionals stand at junctions — of subject, career, city, and character. This course trains judgement at those forks, so a life is chosen rather than drifted into.
